El Paso police have arrested one of four men accused of running a home repair scam that has swindled residents out of thousands of dollars.
Ricardo Coria Jr. was arrested Tuesday in West El Paso. He and three others were featured last month in the Manhunt Monday fugitive location program.
The men are accused of identifying themselves to residents as employees of Sinatra’s Restoration Group. They then charged the residents for the repairs beforehand but never completed the work.
A fourth man, Ricardo Coria III, remains at large.
The arrest of Ricardo Coria Jr. marks the 102th capture for the Manhunt Monday program.
