TULSA – The Tulsa Police Department is investigating a home repair fraud.

According to TPD, around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday officers were on patrol in the 1900 block of S. Knoxville when they recognized a silver Toyota Tundra, a vehicle they believe belonged to suspects who were involved in previous home repair frauds.

Officers made contact with the homeowner and determined that he had been a victim of fraud.

Officers arrested Lance Boswell, 27, and Andy Herrin, 54, for home repair fraud.

Detectives determined that the suspects had defrauded the victim in the amount of  $27,000. Detectives believe the fraud began during the month of January 2010 and continued through December 2011.

Officials say the investigation is still ongoing at this time.
