The Sudbury Housing Trust has made grants available to help moderate-income residents repair or alter their homes for safety or health reasons.

The deadline for residents to apply to the Small Grant Program is Jan. 31. The application is available on the town’s website at www.sudbury.ma.us.

Awards of up to $3,000 per household will be distributed on a priority basis to eligible residents.

The program is funded by the Housing Trust, which is administered out of the Planning and Community Development Department.
