    Tile isn’t hard and makes a great improvement. Paint of course. Mini blinds are easy and we use quite a few plants for decor.

    Change cabinet knobs, light fixtures, goof paint at LOWES OR HOME DEPOT for $5.00 if your lucky you`ll find a color you like;;; shampoo carpets …plant some flowers outside.
    New shower curtain…change faucets…
