This is the 1st floor remodel. complete gut job, every wall floor and ceiling was removed. All plumbing and electrical removed. the floor joists were doubled with 2×10′s screwed nailed glued and joist hangers, per building inspectors request. moved front and back door to different locations. Replaced 6 windows some existing locations and some moved. removed staircase to 2nd floor and to basement to gain floor space. 1st floor was kitchen dinging living room and den. changed to open floor plan galley kitchen, dining, living room . added bathroom and 2 bedrooms. this floor is almost done. need to finish floors, window stops and trime baseboard trim, and sheet a mah rock the bathroom. paint etc bunch of small stuff. Still going strong after 3 + yeas of working on this ” old” house. …
