TUSTIN – The city paid Tustin homeowners after a water maintenance job resulted in a clogged water line inside a house.
The city of Tustin settled a claim for $198 with homeowners Doug and Kim Brehm, spokeswoman Lisa Woolery said.
A city water maintenance worker replaced the water meter at the home in the 13200 block of Eton Place in North Tustin, causing debris to enter the line and the water lines inside the house to clog, the claim states.
The homeowners paid $198 to have the debris cleaned from the water lines, the claim states.
