A tip has led to the arrest of a man wanted for allegedly scamming several residents out of thousands of dollars in home repairs.
Tito Diaz was arrested this morning by the El Paso Police Department. He is being charged with two counts of deceptive business practices and a probation violation for evading arrest.
Diaz is the second of four fugitives sought for the alleged fraudulent home repairs. The four men were featured on Manhunt Monday by Crime Stoppers of El Paso.
Ricardo Coria Jr. and Ricardo Coria III are still wanted for the same case.
Diaz was the 99th person arrested after being featured in Manhunt Monday.
