MnDOT ‘stabilization’ project on span takes place later this year
ROSEVILLE – Stillwater-area residents, business owners, boaters and motorists are invited to an open house presenting details about the Historic Stillwater Lift Bridge repair project tentatively scheduled to begin Sept. 10 and be completed by the end of December, weather permitting.

The open house is 3:30 to 7 p.m. Feb. 22 at Stillwater City Hall, 216 North Fourth St.
Open house visitors can view a detailed version of the steel and concrete repairs, the Lift Bridge management plan, learn about vehicle detours, boat navigation impacts and have questions answered from project leaders. Informational handouts are available.
