Brian Boyle bought this 1968 brick ranch from a Trustee Sale and will be doing a complete remodel and resale. Initial condition of the house is very poor. Have plans to remove some walls, re-design a couple of bathrooms, new/updated fixtures and kitchen plus add a bunch of hardwood and tile as well as a new roof and landscape.
