The Near Westside Neighborhood Association Inc. has funds available from its recent state Affordable Housing Corp. award for its City of Elmira Home Improvement Program.

Eligible property owners can use the funds to reduce the cost of necessary home repairs. The homeowner must provide at least 40 percent of the cost.
