THE VILLAGE, Okla. — Police say a local father and son duo ripped off the elderly.Sam Lee and his 18-year-old son are charged with home repair fraud and forgery.Investigators say they targeted elderly homeowners in The Village.Investigators say Lee and his son Augie targeted elderly homeowners.The two men allegedly promised to repair cracks on the driveways and inside homes.According to a court document, one homeowner wrote more than $13,000 worth of checks for work an inspector says should have only cost $340 including labor and materials.Both defendants are accused of stealing checks from the homeowner.Those checks were written for almost $9,000, according to police.The father and son are now facing multiple charges of home repair fraud and forgery.Lee was charged with exploiting the elderly just last month.
