Deadline looms on house repair

OXFORD: Headington resident Martin Young has until Monday, March 12, to carry out improvements to 29 Old High Street.

Last year Oxford City Council issued him with a notice telling him to improve the appearance of the 19th century house.

Mr Young was recently denied planning permission to demolish the house, in the Old Headington conservation area, and build five terraced houses.
