MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WDTN) – A local group needs your help to continue doing good deeds.

People Working Cooperatively provides home repair and maintenance for those who need the help, but can’t afford it.

Workers were at a Middletown home Friday installing a ramp.

The group is in the running for $25,000 from Home Depot.

You can help them win the “Aprons in Action” campaign.

“Anyone can vote. Just get on to www.facebook.com/homedepotfoundation and look for People Working Cooperatively. We are the only one in th region that is in this competition,” said Kimberly Sullivan.

The contest runs through the end of the month.

If the group wins, it will have a shot at a quarter million dollar grand prize.
